Kristen interviewed Dan Genho (Dan the Mushroom Man) with his Cache Valley Gardener’s Market Wild Collected Mushroom booth. Dan is a food scientist, food forager, chef, and all around great guy. He took Kristen and I food foraging last week for wild buckle berries and showed us all kinds of wild mushrooms—the good, the bad, and the deadly.
