Wild Mushrooms with Dan Genho

Kristen interviewed Dan Genho (Dan the Mushroom Man) with his Cache Valley Gardener’s Market Wild Collected Mushroom booth. Dan is a food scientist, food forager, chef, and all around great guy. He will be featured on our radio show, Living the Good Life Naturally, this Saturday at 10 am (610AM KVNU LOGAN). The video posted is an interview with Dan and Kristen talking Mushroom for health and good eating.
